Publisher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between AdProe (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “AdProe”) and publishers (referred to as “you” or “your”) using the platform and services. By accessing or using as a publisher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Monetization Services

  • AdProe provides monetization solutions for publishers to optimize ad revenue on their websites or digital properties.
  • By using our services, you grant AdProe the right to display advertisements on your digital properties in accordance with the terms of our agreement.

2. Revenue Sharing

  • AdProe and the publisher agree on a revenue-sharing arrangement for the advertisements displayed on the publisher’s digital properties. The specific terms of the revenue-sharing arrangement are outlined in the agreement between AdProe and the publisher.

3. Ad Placement and Optimization

  • AdProe reserves the right to determine the placement and optimization of advertisements on the publisher’s digital properties to maximize revenue and user experience.
  • Publishers may provide input or preferences regarding ad placement, which AdProe will consider to the extent feasible.

4. Payment Terms

  • AdProe will make payments to publishers in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement between AdProe and the publisher.
  • Payments are typically made on a Net 30 basis, meaning payments are made within 30 days of the end of each billing cycle, with payment thresholds and methods specified in the agreement.

5. Compliance with Policies

  • Publishers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding the content and operation of their digital properties.
  • Publishers must not engage in any activities that could result in violations of AdProe’s policies or terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Publishers retain ownership of the content and intellectual property rights associated with their digital properties.
  • AdProe retains ownership of the advertisements and ad-serving technology provided as part of the monetization services.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
  • Upon termination, AdProe will cease serving advertisements on the publisher’s digital properties, and any outstanding payments will be settled in accordance with the agreement.

8. Modification of Terms

  • AdProe reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website or providing notice to publishers.
  • Publishers’ continued use of after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
